What is Bs Return Policy?
Every purse is carefully inspected prior to shipment to ensure that our quality standards have been met. Bs Purses and Accessories are not responsible for the normal wear and tear of your bag. The size of the bag can vary slightly due to it being handmade. However, if within 30 days there is a manufacturing defect, we will repair or remake the product at no charge. After 30 days, damages will be assessed and repaired (if possible) for a fee. Call Bs customer service and set up a return process. Each bag is custom made for the customer upon receipt of the order, so there are no refunds for purses that are made correctly and match the order form.
